We are once again looking to move to the burbs.
Talk to me about good and bad areas of the 'Shwa. I know that northern Oshawa is good, and close to Whitby is nice, but what about Rossland/Simcoe area, like near the hospital? Ok? It looks nice. Big century homes and such, but is it low income or crime laden or anything? Many moons ago, we lived on Mary St. North, and it was pretty much the ghetto. I want to avoid a situation like that again.
