I am in the process of hiring an assistant and was wondering if any of you know of a website or something that I can find a standars emplyment contract or agreement that I can sort of copy from? Or do I have to write my own?Or have a lawyer do it for me? Also is it better to pay her Cash? Or deduct the tax? If so any of youknow how to deduct taxes? Is there a special program for that? I would really appreciate the info
