Tax questions- blah

I know, not my fave topic either:rolleyes: but tax time is coming and I was wondering what expenses we can write off- I know the obvious expenses like food and toys, but what about phone, internet connection? Are there any other things I'm missing? Do any of you charge extra for taxes? I've heard the tax man takes 20-25% - is this true?

Ok, and sorry for being completely off tax topic here, but I have a question about immunization records- do they need to be recorded or kept at the daycare?
