Would you use a collection agency to collect o/s fees?

Hello everyone!

Just looking for some input on collections and if you would or had used them before.....I have over 10 years of previous collections experience, first party, third party, real estate, retail, skip tracing etc...lots and lots! I've seen some posts about providers using collection agencies to collect outstanding fees and am toying with the idea of starting my own private agency specializing solely in day care collections....not looking to be anything huge, just something on the side and then see where it leads! If anyone can share any experiences they've had using agencies to collect o/s fees it would be super helpful !!!! Also, if you were to use a collection agency, what sort of fee's, turnaround time, collection practices would be important to you in making the decision to use an agency? TIA :)
