Sore throats

I know cold season is very bad this year due to extreme allergens. One of my cute little germ infested daycare children got me! Sore throat. UGH!.

I'm wondering what cold like experiances you have in your daycare. I've had a few runny noses that have lasted longer then normal, some coughing and some pink eye. Now I have the sore throat that wont go away. I've had it checked, but I've been assured it's just viral. No swelling, just red and rough.
