Finally my own boss!!!!

So...as some of you know, i have just recently started taking charge of my business, and am hence gaining some sense of control over my life after having a dayhome for the past four years. Tonight I had a parent come and sign contacts for their three children and comment on what a shift it is to go from feeling like they make the rules and choose who to hire (they had a nanny until now) to feeling like this is a total role reversal and i make the rules and they can agree or not. That was the BEST thing I've heard from a parent on a long time and was so validating to hear!! :) yay for policies and being my own boss...finally!!!:D

Btw, I have you ladies on this forum to thank for the information needed to have the confidence to stand up and take charge. Knowledge is so powerful.
