Do specific policies need to be written into the contact agreement itself to be legally binding if contract states that the policies have been read and understood and contract is signed and dated by parents?
Unless you have things in writing it becomes a he said/she said and both of you will lose in any disagreement. ie the contract can only be enforced if it says what is expected.
