Did anyone else see the above article?
First we have over ratio daycares through the news and now poisonings?
This job is becoming harder and harder to defend.

An over the counter eye care product?? What the heck did she give them? And why?
I would never give any daycare child any meds with consent from the parent/s.
And she is in custody? It sounds pretty serious.
At least this time it wasn't identified as an "unlicensed home daycare"
I hope she is charged. This is beyond reproach. Those poor kids.
that provider looks scary.
I've been sick to my stomach over these providers being in charge of caring for children. It also makes the rest of us look bad and harder for parents to trust.
It sounds like she did this to the child of a friend she was babysitting for - maybe even living with them and then it came out somehow that another child that had been in her care when she was operating a home daycare 2009-2011 had had similar medical issues and been hospitalized. Now they are looking for other possible victims. Isn't there a medical condition where someone wants attention of health people by making another person sick although it sounds like these drops would have caused tiredness just like some have been known to give children cough syrups or Tylenol to make them rest. On a positive note she was not doing daycare when this happened although they are looking into if she also did it when she was a caregiver.
Munchausen by proxy. I thought the same thing playfelt because she involved herself in the care of her latest victims. They do this so they are held in high regard by medical professionals as a caring person.
