Soooooo happy!!!!

Last April I had a Dad call me regarding daycare, his wife wasn't due till Aug but they wanted to plan ahead. Anyway, Mom is a teacher at the school in my neighbourhood so it would be perfect. The other day I was deleting messages from my phone and came across his call to set up an interview and I wondered if I would hear from them. So this morning the phone rings but I was changing a diaper so it went to voicemail. It was the Mom! She wanted to secure the spot for Sept and is willing to pay the deposit till Sept! She wasnt sure if I had a space but when I told her I had two leaving for school, she was so happy! So now I don't have to advertise!!!!!!!

It's always nice when things work out like that. I currently do home renovations and have had luck like that a few times. Have a previous client call about more work just as I was finishing up a current job. I haven't advertised for 3 years now.
