Sometimes I go to The Sonshu warehouse. It's expensive but sometimes they have sales. I have bought great theme books, posters etc. it's located in North York (Victoria Park/McNicole). I believe they are online as well.
avron for kids, sonsuh, wintergreen, scholars choice, quality classrooms, louise kool& galt, and if you know teacher scholastic has some great prices you can view their teacher's catalogue online. I prefer loise kool & galt but they can be quite pricey, my second favourite would have to be scholars choice.
