Yes. Do not accept them. They are scam artists. I had received their email, went as far as getting a certified check and than found out it was a scam to get my money.
Enter "Mexican scam" in the search line and you will see the threads already posted about it. It is a scam.
The best advice is to not accept any clients without meeting them first. There are a number of these scams going around and they're all similar. I think we had one provider on here last year who had an international couple who signed on and were actually legitimate, but generally, it's a scam.
Yes just follow the rule that you must meet all parents AND children in person before you book with them and you will never have any issues.
