New from BC

I'm new here. Occasionally I take a child or sibling group for short term contracts... Like a child of a professor at a nearby university, or currently a neighbor who has a gap in care before the fall.

I have some experience, but I really need to learn a lot before I start taking on full-time care. I always seem to have some sort of 'oh my' moment with the parents of the kids I care for. I will be happy to read your stories and learn from you. Especially in the area of managing parents!

I love kids. In my pre-children life, I have worked full time with children on the Autism Spectrum. I thoroughly enjoy the kids that I am serving right now.

Parents on the other hand... :o
