Does anyone have any ideas about teaching the concept of shoes on the correct foot?
Dcb, newly 3yo, it seems the more we talk about it, the more I show him the shoes, this way and that way, the less he seems to understand. I have been hoping that with growing into the shoes, and they are a little more snug, they would "feel" wrong. But nope. When I ask, "Are your shoes on the right feet?" he will answer "yes" sometimes whether they are correct or not, and "no," sometimes whether they are correct or not. Like he's saying what he thinks I want to hear. Any thoughts?
