Forum etiquette

Hi everyone!

This community was created for all of YOU. Childcare providers are often isolated and this Forum is meant as a place to support one another and a tool to pass on knowledge.

Just a few quick reminders and thoughts:

• this Forum is a place for sharing thoughts and opinions, be they positive or negative;
• stay open-minded, try to be helpful, and be supportive as needed;
• members have a right to disagree, express their feelings, and vent!
• however, we would like to remind everyone to behave as adults;
• avoid being blatantly abusive or disrespectful (i.e. bullying, humiliating someone on purpose, calling someone derogatory names, cursing at them, etc.);
• simply giving a dissenting opinion, pointing out inconsistencies or believability in a story is fine;
• if an argument gets heated and you feel isn't constructive anymore, simply walk away, there is no winning or losing, just different points of view.
• report posts that you feel are clearly out of place;
• we do not like censorship, but we will close threads / remove posts when we feel necessary, warn members who cross those lines and ban them as needed;
• moderators are just a few clicks away.
