Taxes - Claiming mortgage

Hi,
I am writing for the first time in hope somebody could give me some advises on my question.
I am wondering if we could claim the mortgage we pay for out houses as for the day care use of space for the income tax return or just the interest on the mortgage?

You can claim a % of it. The % depends on the % of your home you use for daycare.

You can also claim a % of your Heat, Hydro and water bills.

It's the mortgage interest you can claim, based on your percentage use of home calculation.
