I know that a contract is a contract but I'm with Flex on this one...no idea where you live but BAD publicity can spread like wildfire and be very costly to any business. Being it's just ONE DAY of fees I would at the very least come to a compromise and refund 1/2 if not all. Just my 2 cents here:)
