Hope it goes well. I am a little late, as well. But I was going to suggest exactly what Playfelt said.
I would likely have given them a final, written warning to say that from today forward, any further late pick ups will result in immediate termination of service.

And.... Done! I feel so much better. I even think it went pretty well and that our relationship has not turned sour... I just explained where I was coming from and they understood. I can finally eat something now without feeling sick, lol

Yay, I'm glad you feel relieved Samantha. Confrontation is hard for most of us, but very necessary so they remember that the contract they signed is LEGAL AND BINDING AND MUST BE FOLLOWED!
