What is your pay policy?

I do not charge parents for my vacation, but they still pay if they are on vacation since the spot is available for them. If they choose to go away, the spot is still theirs so they pay. I expect they will try to coordinate their vacation with mine to make it easy for everyone.

I decided to increase my daily rate to cover my vacation time so that I am not receiving money from them when I am not working. However, I do get paid for stat holidays, and i've included 2 paid personal days and 2 sick days and guess what??
