let us know the outcome of this situation, I am interested to know if after finding out all the hoops she needs to jump through if she is still willing to take the risk, or if the family that owns the house is still willing to take the risk. I know I wouldn't let someone use my basement for care, discount on daycare or not. The "price" they could end up paying if anything happened far exceeds the discount they can get from daycare. ;)
