So true Alphaghetti ... IMHO we all deserve to be the paid the same as elementary school teachers do cause we do the same job and MORE because we do not have a janitor to come in and clean up paint spills or puke, we do not have an EA to come and deal with challenging behaviours in the classroom, we have to engage in any PD on our own time unpaid and so forth and so on ;)
