I would take the non sleeper ! I think that is the easiest to transition !! I would put that child the furthest and have the fans and noise machines going ! Eventually at that age they will sleep !
Crying all day would be frustrating !!
Hats off to all of you with young dcks ! My youngest is 2 ! I think I would lose it trying to keep little ones safe ! I mean they fall all the time , choke on things !! Ugh I would be up at night terrorizing myself on what could happen !
I clean my dayhome twice daily looking for anything that could be put in the mouth or poke ect !!! I drive myself crazy !!! Lol I'm really not sure I could look after a child that young !

Either or is fine with me. Each have their own set of challenges. They both will get sorted out soon enough. They always do. :)
I choose families based on the parents.

I would likely take the child who naps but cries all day. I have found that children who cry at nap are more difficult to transition than a child who cries during the day. I also find a child crying at naptime more stressful because I don't get a break and the other kids suffer from a loss of quality sleep!
