Blah, Monday :(

Ugh, I wish you lived closer to me!! lol. My friend is an interior designer so I just get her input lol. I'll have to see if she can come by some weekend to help me paint! I have no sense of style at all so she is able to put what I see in my mind into reality lol. She lives in another city though so doesn't get here very often. This is horrible to admit but she used to come over and dust my house...I miss that!! LOL

I have no idea about the kitchen. I would love new cupboards but we can't afford that right now so I have to settle for painting. I also want to paint the kitchen walls and the hallway....a simple project turns into so much more!!

Yes !!! But that's the fun !!! You could paint the cupboards !! I want to put a rock backsplash and paint cupboards a cream colour , like evaporated milk , we have a darker hardwood floor it would look great !!!! But I am waiting until dd bedroom is finished !
If I get anxious I clean so ...... Lol
I would totally help if I lived closer !!

I went shopping and out for lunch today with a friend and we are having a double date tonight with our husbands so I'm slowly getting out of blah mood. Waiting to hear from 2 other couples so it might be a triple or quadruple date night!! We're going to the casino for supper and a bit of gambling and there's a live band playing so it should be fun!

Came home today and my husband had cleaned and bought me flowers and than put away the groceries for me. I think he's sick of my grumpy mood so is trying his hardest to get me out of it lol. It's working :)

That sounds like so much fun !!!! Aw !! How sweet !!! I love getting flowers ! I went shopping too ! Yikes ! Found the most gorgeous shoes !!!! I met my older daughters and we had lunch and tore up the mall !!! Had so much fun !! I also went and had my hair cut ! Totally pampered and indulged myself !! I was going to paint this weekend but my dd started a head cold and was so grumpy we are just going to relax ! My husband is over joyed !! Lol
I know I'm sick but I love cleaning !! Organizing things to the point that they are as organized as they can be thrills me ! Which is why pintrest is like a drug to me lol !!! So I'm excited to sit and pintrest today !!! I have started crocheting and each of my girls have requested a blanket for Christmas so I have been trying to ! I am almost finished the youngests !! I usually have so many projects going my problem is not trying to do do much , I will burn myself out and get down ! My husband is always saying to slow down but we've been together since I was 18 and he understands that's me ! I feel like I do my best while I'm juggling ! Lol but even I will admit it's getting harder !

Nice! The blankets will be such a good and useful gift!! I love organizing and it's the only time I really do a deep clean lol

I enjoy flowers too but I always tell him not to buy them as they're a waste of money and I would prefer something that will last or I can eat lmao. But it's nice to get flowers unexpectedly sometimes :)

Well I ran out of Tylenol for my dd and ended up going and getting paint ! So my dayhome is just about done !! I painted the entry floor as well ! Looks so nice , dh put 5 inch crisp white mouldings up and I'm in love !! Totally changes the look I had but I really like it !!

That sounds like something I would do. Go out for tylenol, come home with paint. Seems reasonable to me.
