Wet winter gear

We do the school run twice a day, so if they come in wet from the morning school run or playing outside, it all goes in the dryer and the boots go on the vents so they're dry for the afternoon run. I figure, they're not just going to the car, they're going in the stroller or walking and are outside for a little while, and I'm not making them do that in wet clothes. The B/A school kids though, their stuff just gets hung up until pick-up, because they ARE going straight to a warm car and then home.

Last year i took our portable electric fireplace heater thingy and stuck it in the front hallway and lay the clothes on the floor in front of it to dry. this year i am making my hubby construct hooks for each kids and cubbies .
