Just wondering if you know of a good Facebook group or page dedicated to child care providers? If so please share! It would be nice to have another place to network.
I belong to a lot of groups through yahoo groups. You need to register but it is free. Then you can join as many groups as you want and there are groups for every conceivable thing. Great if you have other hobbies you do and want to link up with like minded people.
Own A Daycare is good. It's American, but has good topics and ideas for activities and crafts and lesson plans. I like it.
I just joined a group on facebook - Daycare Providers. I've just scanned it so far but it looks like a decent group.
There's a group called Dayhome Moms. :)
I've noticed a few different groupls but a lot of them are providers from the States. I just created a group called 'Canadian Day Home Providers'. Please join if you'd like.

Someone may want to start a new group. Since there wasn't much activity on the group that I created, I left it. Since I was the admin I'm not sure if anyone else can approve the request to join. If someone creates another one, let us all know what it is please!
Hello i just open a new daycare in my home and need to connect with other providers, i typed in you group name on facebook but i didn't get it.
I joined the group above where I was linked to are you saying this group no longer is available???
