Popping in - mini update

It's been a while since I've posted or even been on....life got a little crazy.

Well my new little man is here :) he's two weeks old today!
He came SUPER fast (like from start to finish 2hrs of labour....almost had him in the car, no joke!) But has been a total blessing. DD is thrilled for her "new best friend".

I'm back to work as of Monday and will take it easy. Lots of backyard playing until routine and new schedules are set working around the baby of course.

Anyways...........Ju st saying 'hellooo'

How wonderful to hear your news MammaMia, you have been missed! Welcome back and good luck with going back to work so quickly. I almost had my 3rd baby while crossing the street in front of the hospital but we got inside and whoosh, out she came, so I know what you are talking about with your delivery. Whew, glad your little guy made it here safely.

Congratulations, honey! I was thinking about you last week, thinking that you were due soon. When's his birthday? My son is June 23. It sounds like your son's might be close to that, too!

He was born June 20 @ 5:43am - 7lbs 5oz, 20"in....exactly like his sister!
I started contractions at 3:30am - poor DH was going 180 on the 407 and ran a few red lights! Water broke in the car (had to get it detailed last week lol) Emerg rushed me up to L&D...they popped me on a non-ready bed, checked me and said PUSH! 2 pushes later he was out & perfect! No Dr...just the fab nurses as there wasn't any time. After he was born DH went to remove the car from the Emergency entrance and get our bags and the nurse came in saying "Hello Dear....what's your name? lets admit you now" :laugh:

Bahaha what a story .... Similar to mine but I was actually in the hospital for a whole 40 minutes before the grand entrance !

Whirlwind delivery!! My second baby was the same. I went in for an induction, no ctx, nothing, and as soon as they broke my water I went into full blown labour and was holding her 45 min later. :D Intense, but for me, easier to recover from than my previous baby, who was a 26 hour labour.
