"Nina is currently looking after our 19month old son and she also looked after our daughter before she went to JK. She provides a safe and comfortable home environment for the kids; she has lots of toys inside and in her backyard to keep them entertained, provides yummy meals and snacks throughout the day, and really tailors the schedule to work for the kids – she can do as many naps as you want, is flexible with her schedule and food restrictions too. She knows our son loves music and dancing, and being outside, so she often throws a dance party in the afternoon to keep him happy and spends lots of time in the backyard or out walking. She truly has created a second home atmosphere for the kids.

"My son was at Second Home Child Care for almost 2 years. Nina was very caring and provided a safe and educational environment. Some of the things i appreciated the most about Nina and the daycare were that she spent alot of time reading and dancing and singing with the kids. My son was always coming home signing new new songs. She is passionate about languages and takes that time to teach the kids songs and sayings in French and Spanish. She has a large shaded backyard with lots of toys. Often i would pick up my son and he would be learning about gardening or playing games with Nina and the other kids. My son loved going there and was very sad to leave when he had to go to JK. Nina was wonderful with helping with the transition, she threw him a party and reassured him everything would be ok. We are grateful for Second Home Childcare and the services Nina and her team provided."

"My husband and I feel very fortunate to have found Second Home Child Care. Nina has extensive studies and experience in Early Childhood Education. She has created a safe and loving environment for the kids to learn and feel nurtured. I love when my son comes back home in great mood and saying new words, pretty much every day. "This was our first experience with day care for our 15 months old son who has been in Nina's care at Second Home Daycare for the past 6 months. Nina made the transition from maternity leave back to work so easy for me. She's very friendly, approachable, organized and communicative with us. She takes the time to send us pictures and little updates about how our son is doing throughout the day and always communicates with us if she thinks he's growing, getting sick and shares stories when we pick him up. One thing we loved right away when meeting Nina was her warm personality which we 100% think made our son so comfortable in her care. Nina has a fantastic backyard space for the kids and feeds them really healthy meals and snacks - something that's very hard to find in a daycare setting. She is consistent with her routine and our little guy always comes home happy and chatty! We highly recommend Nina has a daycare provider. Our experience has been so smooth and worry-free thanks to her!"

"My son has been in Nina's care for approximately six months. He loves it! Nina provides a welcoming and nurturing environment and has really taken the time to get to know my son and his (and my) individual needs. My son comes home with new vocabulary, songs and requests to go back to Nina's everyday. I highly recommend Second Home Daycare to anyone in search of childcare.
