"As first Time parents finding the right childcare for my son was so important to us. We had looked at a lot of daycares before finding Lil Rascals. After our interview we knew right away this was where we wanted our son. The space is nice, clean and organized with lot of stuff for the kids to do. Courtney and Grandma D are so nice and welcoming I felt very comfortable with our decision. We love the personalized care, the monthly newsletter letting us know what the kids will be learning and any special days. We will be sad the day my son no longer needs care. We know he is always in good hands with miss Courtney and Grandma D."

"As first time parents, we were apprehensive about starting our son in daycare when it came time for me to return to work. From the moment we toured Lil' Rascals daycare, and met Courtney and Grandma D, a lot of those nerves disappeared! We were pleased to see such a spacious and safe space for the little ones. Courtney's superior organization, which included a welcome package with a sample monthly menu and newsletter really impressed us. That organization and attention to detail has proved to be an intrinsic characteristic of Courtney's, now that we have gotten to know her. Our little boy, now 15 months, has learned so much already in his time at Lil' Rascals. We are amazed at the leaps and bounds he has taken. We feel nothing but ease and comfort when leaving our son for the day with Courtney and Grandma D. We have never doubted the care they genuinely feel for our son, and we appreciate that they treat him and care for him as if he were family. We know that he will be socially stimulated, educationally enriched, well exercised and fed a nutritious meal and snacks each and every day. Most importantly, we know that he will be nurtured. First time parents could not ask for anything more! In a heartbeat, we recommend Lil' Rascals to anyone in search of a childcare provider in the Niagara Region."

"We are extremely pleased with the care our son receives from Courtney and Grandma D. Being our first child we like many other parents were anxious about sending our son to daycare but those anxieties were quickly eased by their kind and loving care. The house is very clean and the daycare is run with a high level of organization. A newsletter is sent home each month outlining what the children will be working on what special occasions/events are taking place that month. Our son returns home on a regular basis with work/crafts and he is now able to tell us about the birthday, Halloween, Christmas parties, etc as well as the games and activities played each day. Our family truly adores Courtney and Grandma D, we feel very lucky to have found Lil’ Rascals Daycare."

"Our daughter has been attending Lil' Rascals since last September. Like all parents, we were nervous about leaving our little one in the care of someone other than ourselves, but my husband and I were extremely pleased with how smooth the transition was for her, but for us as well. Since attending Lil' Rascals, our baby has matured at a miraculous rate; by which I mean, her skills of interacting with other children, vocabulary, and her need for independence. Miss Courtney and Gramma D are fantastic, and our little one looks forward to seeing them and the other children everyday. I would recommend this daycare to everyone!"

"This was the first and only daycare we looked at because the moment we met Courtney and her family we knew this was the place for our daughter. Courtney and Grandma D are wonderful, loving, accommodating, experienced care providers. Our dghtr loves going there and it made my return to work an easy transition because I knew my dghtr was in safe hands and having a fun day. She brings home pictures and crafts that they have done, and Courtney keeps everyone informed of daycare events through a monthly newsletter and is always open to questions/comments. My dghtr is getting excellent care in a great learning environment while gaining valuable social skills as the other children in their care are all wonderful. We are so happy to be part of this daycare family and will be sad to leave when my dghtr starts school. I wish I could hang out there all day!"

"My son has been going to Lil' Rascals for almost a year and a half, I cannot say enough positive things about Courtney and "Gramma D". The thought of returning to work after Maternity leave and leaving my son at daycare was petrifying. I had never even left him with a babysitter before and now I was supposed to find a place for him to go full time! From the moment I walked into their home, I knew this is where I wanted my son to attend. The daycare was fresh and clean; it wasn't in the musty old basement or a blocked off dining room like a few others I had interviewed before hand. We have no family in the area so finding a dependable daycare was crucial, with having two providers in the home, we have never had to miss work due to a "daycare issue". I would recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking for a worry free solution to childcare. My son loves going there and it has been amazing watching him grow and learn."

"Courtney and her mother are fantastic care providers! She has helped to make my transition back to work from maternity leave an easy one. Our daughter has attended this daycare since she was just 10 months old and when we turn into the drive-way you can see how excited she is to be there. That makes a new mom feel good!

"Courtney and her mom are wonderful people. They genuinely care for each and every child and devote everything to the well being of each one. Their facility is clean and well kept. There are always new toys our son tells us about. Our son was already potty trained however I do know they have very good success with potty training once your child is able to. Snacks and meals are nutritious and filing. Do not hesitate to book a showing and have a look at this home daycare, they are both great."

"This daycare was amazing! Conveniently located with a kind and caring environment. Lots of crafts and learning opportunities. Courtney worked with the kindergarten schedule to allow half day care for my son when he was in school which made me rest easy knowing that she would get him from school everyday. My kids loved going and loved Miss Courtney and Gramma D. Flexible hours, good rates."

"Lil Rascals is simply the best! As a first time mommy heading back to work, I would say that I was beyond stressed to find the right place for my son. My husband and I interviewed many places and never found that 'right' place that gave us peace of mind until we met Courtney and Grandma D! The care they provide is exceptional and you can feel the love they have for their jobs, I loved how my son gravitated to them instantly, it's such an amazing feeling knowing that I can focus at work knowing that my son is well cared for when he is at Lil Rascals.

"Courtney was gracious enough to meet with me when I contacted her to view her daycare as I was in the process of opening my own in another city. Not only did she give me a tour of her beautiful home and the daycare space but she went out of her way and provided me with valuable information and insight on what it takes to run a successful business. She even did a mock interview to help me with my future clients! This speaks volumes to her character as she was genuinely excited to help me on my new venture...I can't say enough good things about Courtney! Any family would be lucky to have her as their child care provider !! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! :)"

"When it came time to start searching for a daycare provider for my child, I was really nervous. When I first met Miss Courtney and Grandma D I knew right away that this is where I wanted my child to be! They are dependable & reliable and provide a positive environment where my child can learn and grow. The exciting sensory & exploration activities and creative crafts have allowed my child to develop great skills. A detailed outline indicating what activities and events will be happening at the daycare is provided on a monthly basis. The daycare is extremely clean and nutritious meals are always provided. Miss Courtney and Grandma D are caring and loving individuals who are devoted to the daycare and the children. My child looks forward to going there each and every day and that makes me feel so good! :) I would highly, highly recommend Lil’ Rascals Daycare!! :)"

"I wish that I could rate this daycare higher! We had our little one at Lil' Rascals daycare for three years and when it came time for us to move on to kindergarten our daughter didn't want to leave, she loved it there so much. Lil' Rascals is a great value for your dollar, they operate with two care providers, it was super clean and Courtney was always super accommodating when we needed her to be. The thing that impressed me the most though, was the genuine desire that Courtney has to ensure that the children under her care are more than prepared to enter the education system. Courtney has put together an excellent preschool program that gave our daughter a head start. Her new teachers are always commenting on how lucky we were to have had such an excellent day care...and they're right."

"Nothing can be more difficult then leaving your child with a daycare provider. The the moment we walked into Lil' Rascals we knew this was the daycare for us! Courtney made us feel welcome and relaxed. She answered all of our questions and concerns! The daycare itself is a clean, child friendly learning environment where the kids can learn through play. Courtney is organized, caring, friendly, and we trust her 150% with both of our children. She truly treats the kids like her own, and most of all, my children love her and love going to daycare, nothing is more important than that. Anyone would be lucky to have Lil'Rascals as their daycare provider!"
