Childcare provider: Melissa

I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Melissa is not only our daycare provider she is a loved and trusted member of the "village" that is helping to raise our son.

Melissa creates an environment where your child will thrive. She is patient, kind and thoughtful in her approach to dealing with children.

Our son spends his days learning through play and age appropriate activities and tasks. From making new crayons out of old broken ones, to holidays and Olympics themed days to letters, numbers and shapes crafts/activities our son is constantly having fun and learning.

Melissa ensures that her approach to discipline is in line with yours, and she checks in regularly to let us know how our son is progressing. She even shares little glimpses of our son’s day with us by sending pictures. He eats better at her house then he does at home because he will at least try new vegetables for her. She truly cares about all the children in her care.

Our son loves Melissa and her family and so do we. I feel completely at ease while at work knowing that he is safe and loved at Baby Duck Daycare. The hardest part of moving so far away is that we are going to lose Melissa as our daycare provider; we know that we will never find another like her she is truly a gem and a rare find."
