Childcare provider: Jen

I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"We recently used Jen as a childcare provider. Although Jen was good with our children, her manipulation of her policies and procedures to her advantage became ridiculous. She regularly closed early but offered no credit. From time to time we arrived between 3-5 minutes late for pickup, but demanded a $5 per child late fee. Recently she requested pickup of our daughter due to fever for being .1 degree over the allowable temperature. Upon arrival our daughter had no fever, yet she maintained that she be taken out of care. We would have been ok with this except Jen refused to wear a mask at any time. She also allowed non-essential individuals access to her home and pool during care hours. COVID care protocols and procedures were clear on mask and non essential persons access to facilities. Her blatant disregard to COVID protocols are an insult to anyone with concerns for their children’s welfare. Jen continually manipulated and twisted situations to her advantage and for this along with the reasons above we would not recommend her as a child care provider."
