"We couldn't be happier with the care that our daughter receives with Nanny Julia! The transition to care plan and structured routines really allowed for an easy start and we could tell our daughter was happy and excited to go everyday.

"Julia has cared for our 2.5 year old daughter for the last year and we cannot say enough about the quality of care that she has received. We feel blessed for having found her and we are so grateful for the positive impact that she has had on our daughter. Watching her growth over the last year has been incredible. She comes home singing new songs, knowing the letters of the alphabet, and she is truly happy. Julia is calm, positive, and patient with the children. She creates an environment where we know our daughter is loved, safe, learning, and free to make mistakes. She also comes home extremely clean each day! Julia has a beautiful and bright daycare space in her basement, filled with many fun and educational toys. One thing we immediately loved about the space is that each child has their own separate sleeping space, which is rare to find. Julia offers a structured and predictable schedule and she is very reliable. She communicates daily about what our daughter is eating, learning, and she will share photos of what the kids are up to. Being a daycare provider during a pandemic is not easy but Julia made it seamless. Safety protocols were always followed and taken seriously. Our daughter wakes up every morning excited to see Julia. We’ve never had a single concern or worry over her care and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. We would give her 10/10 on here if we could! The next families in her care will be very lucky."

"This is a phenomenal daycare. Our daughter started her transition to Tiny Owls when she was just under 12 months old. This was our first experience with daycare and we could not be happier! Julia is an amazing provider and has made this a second home for our toddler. She provides well balanced, healthy meals with a variety of different foods. She has so many choices for activities for play time and keeps our daughter happy and busy all day long! Her daily emails provide detailed notes about our daughters mood and behaviour, what she ate, what she played with, diaper details and how she slept. We really appreciate the time and effort that goes into her communication and it makes our day when we are at work and receive a cute photo of our daughter playing at Tiny Owls. The smile on our daughter's face in the morning when she sees Julia says it all. We would highly recommend Tiny Owls childcare!"

"We have been with Julia for just over 4 months and words can not express how happy we are! This was out first time putting our toddler into daycare, and Julia helped make the transition completely seamless. She is warm and caring, and provides a wonderful space for the children to learn and play in. It was important to us to find a provider who was going to provide a home like setting, while still being professional and providing top quality care.

"Our daughter started at Julia's when she was about 16 months old. This is our first experience with a home daycare and we couldn't be happier. The service Julia provides is professional, caring, and far more than we expected. To start, the daycare space looks and feels like a kindergarten classroom with the comforts of home. The meals provided are healthy and balanced. Julia communicates what and how much our daughter eats in a daily email (sent in the early afternoon) as well as indoor/outdoor activities, songs, skills, behaviours, and diaper details. We know when we leave our daughter in Julia's care she is busy, safe, happy, and her emotional needs are being met. You won't be disappointed!"
