I obtained services from this daycare centre / preschool and I find that:

"February 2013 - This daycare started out very good, then a major daycare company bought it and simply ran it into the ground. All the providers quit, my son's favorite included, she left after 2 months. She said they slashed her pay,the new employees were very inexperienced so they only can attract unqualified "cheap" employees. They put my kid in the toddler area every day and charged me for infant rate( he was only 15 months old). My son was pushed off a stool while supposedly being supervised and chipped his tooth which he still has today. Daycare management gave me the run around until I pulled my son out of their care, then they didn't return my phone calls.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"

"My husband and I have been so amazed by this daycare. The staff are incredibly dedicated and cheerful. It is obvious that for them childcare is not just an occupation, it is a calling. We are so greatful for everything that they have done and would recommend this daycare to anyone who is in need of childcare. Our son has been attending for 6 months and we have never had a bad expeirience."

"Beginnings since they opened in January. Prior to that she attended Bright Beginnings Dayhome. Since day one she has been loved and cared for. She has developed so much intellectually as well. When compared to others her age she is far more advanced and I attribute this to Joni and her staff. I would recommend Bright Beginnings to anyone seeking care for their child."
