Childcare provider: Samantha

I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"I would not recommend this daycare provider.

She is rude, disrespectful and will not return phone calls or emails. She is not professional nor does she understand the routine of daycare and what is a normal course of business.

You can never get hold of her in the day to check on your children
She does not deal with concerns or questions appropriately, turns the concern back at your children or dismisses it.

She was good to my children, but her son is a bully to the children and she does not deal with it. He bullies in front of other parents and is rude to parents as well.

You hear personal information about other families from her and other children which I feel is inappropriate.

My children loved her in the beginning but by the end (quit going there because I stopped working, but was already looking for other care) they were crying and did not want to go there. Again mostly because of her son who is a sweet boy, but his bullying was never dealt with.

I just think she doesn't appreciate the importance of providing daycare and is not ready to run home daycare."
