"All three of my children have been part of the Mini Miracle's crew at one point or another. Miss Heidi is very organized, the play room is incredible and the children are all well-loved. I adore coming home to find an email with an outline of Clara's day. I know what she ate, how much she ate, her mood, how long her nap was and what activities she participated in. Miss Heidi has been an incredible blessing to our family. I highly recommend Mini Miracles!"

"Over the past year, Heidi and her Mini Miracles crew have been a most wonderful addition to our son's life. My husband and I were very nervous about sending him off to daycare, and we feel so grateful that we have found such a happy, safe, caring environment for him to learn and grow in. Not only does he love Heidi and her family, but he has made many little friends who he is excited to see and play with every day. I truly feel that Heidi offers exemplary care. At Mini Miracles, I know that my son is learning new things, taking part in safe and educational activities, and receiving loving attention every day. I absolutely love that he has the opportunity to be physically active and play outside on a daily basis, while also receiving healthy meals and following a routine that compliments our home life. I also love that Heidi takes the group on regular outings to play groups, to the library and story time, and on other exciting field trips where my son has the chance to learn and interact with other children from our neighbourhood. As well, I have greatly appreciated the effort that Heidi puts into staying connected with us as parents. I love receiving her daily reports that give me details about my son's day (what he's eaten, how he slept, what activities they did), and it is wonderful to be able to communicate with her easily and openly about any changes or needs concerning my son. We love and appreciate everything she does for our little guy, and would highly recommend her services to anyone in need of care for their child."

"I first found out about Mini Miracles when I found out in August 2013 that my family and I would be re-locating to London from Waterloo. My then 18 month old had just started daycare and I was worried about how all of the changes (another new daycare, a move, me going from part-time to full-time work) would affect her. After one initial meeting with Heidi I felt confident that she would be a great fit for my child. After we moved and my child started at Mini Miracles these feelings were confirmed. The transition was seamless. My daughter LOVES going to Mini Miracles and talks about Heidi and all her daycare friends constantly when she's at home. There's nothing more reassuring than to walk in the door of Mini Miracles in the morning with my daughter and before I even mention that we've had a rough night from teething or whatever else have Heidi comment that my daughter looks tired or not herself. She knows and understands my daughter and I know that my daughter is in fabulous hands when she's at Mini Miracles. As a bonus, she has even learned some great new words like "sharing", "patient", and "friends" specifically from Mini Miracles which I love. I am so thrilled that we found Mini Miracles and would recommend it to anyone. I hope my daughter can continue on there until she goes to school."
