What do they mean when they say you called selfishly to protect yourself, not the child? To protect yourself from what?
I believe they mean to "cover herself" in case something did happen to the kid.

You are absolutely right, none of it makes sense. I may have said this before... but there are some people who don't "believe" in daycare. I have had several parents over the years tell me that a doctor told them their kids shouldn't be in daycare. So maybe this judge is one of those. ???Quote:

One of our colleagues is under fire! If you read the comments after some of the news stories and articles, poor Tammy is being ripped apart. I feel for her. It took a lot of courage to go to the media and it is unfair to be raked over the coals. If you want to support Tammy I would suggest you respond to some of these negative commenters to help counter some of the negativity/educate some of the "haters, send her a PM of encouragement. Imagine if this was you!
I finally had a chance to read some of the articles. I'm really surprised that the Minister of Children and Youth agreed with the judge. That seems like a dangerous precedent.
