    Changing your mind is what you do before you commit to something. Once committed - signed papers then you are bound by the rules of the papers.

    Agreed playfelt. If someone signs a contract, it is assumed that they have read it.

    Sorry....thought it best to remove it....just in case. Basically, just a client with signed contract who breached. We've all had them....was just venting really. I'm over it and filled her spot anyway, so no loss. Just annoying

    I'm sorry you feel that way, but our contracts are legal tender that will be enforced in court for the party who has kept their word according to the contract, whether that be the caregiver or the client.
