    I also have it in my policies that if the child comes some day in a non training friendly outfit we will not be training at all that day other than if dry at normal diaper change times ie before meals, before/after nap.

    There is no excuse if parents expect us to do the work to make our part of the work harder.

    This is also the family who's been putting it off forever (and I know that because they've been asking me since winter if I'll do the straight to underwear approach, to which I keep saying no) because they don't want to deal with it.
