I have already , it's in my contract as well . When I mention it she always says , oh sorry I forgot ! Or I figured it would be too cold . So I feel like it's an issue now . I will mention it again with a smile , but it's soo frustrating ! I should just be up front and not make such a big deal out of it !

Could you not simply ask the parent to leave outdoor clothes with you permanently and then you will use your best judgement on outdoor time rather than at her request....I can't understand why a parent would pull her kids because their provider said that
