    If he has to sit in timeout pretty much the whole day for the next week then so be it! Lol

    He just spent 40 minutes in a playpen because there needed to be greater consequences than just time out and because he was being to disruptive. Blinds closed, lights off and door closed. He calmed down and had some time away from us and now he is back playing nicely. (((Sigh)))

    Stick with the dark room alone in playpen for all incidents. I would also mention to mom that with only a week to go you are using this method of discipline but had you not been closing the daycare you would be terminating immediately since this is unacceptable and it is not safe for her child to be around other kids.
