Can you cut his nap back to no more than 2 hours even if it means waking him up.

I did move lunch back to 11:00 and serve only a drink of milk for snack just before 9 and then babies go for morning nap. I found when they woke up they were hungry and saves being in the kitchen so long since the others see the snack and want it too. So lunch is 10:45 - 11:30 and then we have our story time followed by everyone into beds for 12:15 and up by 2:45.

I mentioned this to the father and he said not to wake him up when he is napping, if he is still sleeping that means he needs it. I would wake him up however if he was still napping at 3:30 as I need time to get him ready and fed before pickup at 4:30

I suggested if he was giving them a hard time to wake him up in the morning-which they mentioned as another problem- to bring him a sleep and I would let him sleep till 9 (I have a 7am drop off and mom brings baby asleep and I let her sleep until 9am so its not a problem for me to have him sleep too)
