Hi Suzie_Homemaker. Thanks for your recommendations. Yes, I am starting a home childcare. I currently use a week-at-a-glance form that works well for tracking who is registered, their ages, and what vacancies I still have. But I am needing to track this more long term than weekly so I can project for future openings, and just wondered if anyone found a software to track that kind of info. I created an Excel spreadsheet yesterday which seems to work well, indicating their progressing ages as the months go on, and helping to see clearly when I can accept others for future months. Google Calendar is great for tracking many of the other aspects of the business, so thank you for suggesting it.
