    I was going to say: That kind of sounds like her eardrum might have burst. Did the doctor syringe the wax out of her ears? Do they look better to you? Check them tomorrow if she comes back.

    They look better...the wax is gone, but the screaming is not. Got an email from her parents later in the afternoon saying now that dcg is medically all clear that the screaming must b behavior related and they would like me to use the "shhh and whisper" to her method to try and combat the screaming. No more ignoring it, and reinstate time out away from the group. We will see how it goes :
