I worked out 3 days so far this week. Btw love that website godsgirl! I took a rest yesterday and back to it today.
Portion control is what I have the hardest time with. I LOVE food! And I'm weak to temptation...especia lly when it comes to sweets

Best way to avoid temptation is to not have it in your house at all. Then if you REALLY want a sweet then you have to actually leave your house to get it, this helps in keeping things in moderation.
