    My hubs is in the middle of testing to see if he has fatty liver disease , so our eating habits are likely going to change as well. He's not an overly healthy eater, but since I cook, he eats healthy when at home. But proportions are out of control. A lot of meat and carbs, but he barely takes any vegetables.

    I'm hoping his changes will help me as well! He started having a smoothie every morning for breakfast, and while I considered it, I get seriously hangry if I don't eat enough in the morning. Breakfast/morning snack is usually my downfall!

    I hope your husband is ok! I also do shakes. Protein shakes so it fills me up. I don't drink them all the time but I do enjoy them.
