I love smoothies and can't wait to try these yummy recipes I will definitely let you all know when I do. Do any of you know how many calories are in these shakes? Any other recipes are always welcomed!

Teagansmom - I use the same protein powder as you. I like that it's low in calories too!

I tried to buy kefir at superstore yesterday, but there was only strawberry flavor so I opted out... maybe next time

Today we had another big dump of snow.... I was so sad when I looked out the window lol. But, I got the kids ready and did it anyway!

I am super tired today... I hope everyone else is doing well!!

My smoothie is a little high in calories but IMO the benefits out weight the calories (I track my calorie intake) I absolutely love the app "My Fitness Pal"

Here is a list of ingredients and the calories

    Yogurt 40 cal
    Flaxseed oil 40 cal
    Almond milk. 30 cal
    Fruit. 60 cal
    Cacao powder. 24 cal
    Maca powder. 20 cal
    Protein powder 100 cal
    Coconut oil. 120 cal
    Cinnamon. 3 cal

    Total. 437 calories
